We do not accept returns nor exchanges for our products, as they are made to order and, therefore sale is final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we ask that you reach out to our support team through care@dasmaya.com within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly provide detailed information and images of the products delivered to facilitate the solution of the issue.
Once we approve your return request (for a damaged or incorrect item), you will receive an email with instructions on the return process and shipping label.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it complies with our return policy, we’ll credit the refund amount to your DASMAYA.com account with store credits. For damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments, we’ll return the refund amount to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that payments may take up to 14 working days (or longer) to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
